Skintology Apothecary offers elective aesthetic, skincare, and wellness treatments in a med spa setting. Important Medical Disclaimer: All injectable and certain advanced medical aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. 2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

• Cancellation Policy: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% (or 100% for certain premium treatments/packages) of the scheduled service cost.
• We reserve the right to charge the full amount for missed appointments.
• Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or required prepayment for future appointments.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All services and products are payable at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing options (if offered).
• Refund Policy: Most aesthetic treatments and custom skincare services are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Retail skincare products may be eligible for exchange or credit (subject to conditions) within 14 days if unopened and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used products are non-refundable except in cases of documented manufacturing defects.
• Package deals and memberships are non-transferable and subject to expiration terms. No prorated refunds for unused portions unless required by law.
